China Mobile Vice President Gao Tongqing Releases Report: 5G-A x AI is the Pathway to 6G Development
At the 2024 GTI International Industry Conference, China Mobile Vice President Gao Tongqing released a report stating that '5G-A x AI' (the combination of 5G-Advanced and Artificial Intelligence) is the essential pathway to 6G development. The six capabilities of 5G-A will unlock the commercial value of personal, household, and industry markets, while also promoting synergy with AI. 5G-A x AI will bring opportunities in four areas: new connections, new services, new scenarios, and new experiences, such as AI enhancing call services to service connections, creating customized services, and building intelligent networks.
